Domestic Liaison The purpose of the Domestic Liaisons is to offer assist to pre-adoptive parents who are considering adopting an infant from within the United States, either with the aid of an adoption agency, attorney or independently through newspaper or Internet ads. To do this we attempt to network with various agencies and other resources to keep abreast of opportunities for such adoptions and keep current with resources, both on-line and print. For our members we also maintain a resource list of members willing to share their adoption experiences. A Committee representative attends all CPFA General Meetings to answer questions and provide information and advice to attendees who are interested in Domestic Adoptions.
